Stephen G. Everbach
As President & CEO of Evergreen Realty Advisors, Steve has directed the development and acquisition over $200 million of commercial real estate since 2004. He has also held senior leadership positions for global commercial real estate companies throughout his career, including President – Central Region for Colliers International where he was responsible for approximately one-third of the U.S. business consisting of 22 offices and approximately 2000 employees. He also co-led the U.S. Capital Markets business.
Throughout his career, he has assembled and positioned teams of professionals to implement strategic initiatives and maximize value through a focused and collaborative approach. These high-performance, action-oriented teams have consistently delivered 'best-in-class' service and superior returns.
David L. Howard
David serves as Evergreen’s legal counsel and is responsible for all legal and tax matters. He has extensive experience with the sourcing, structuring, execution and disposition of commercial real estate investments throughout the U.S. He also supports our investment analysis and underwriting, debt and equity structuring, and asset management operations. As an attorney and licensed CPA, his experience with all commercial real estate property sectors has proven to be extremely valuable to clients. Throughout his career, he has represented commercial real estate investors, lenders, and developers in a wide variety of real estate and loan transactions, including the area of troubled loans, workouts and foreclosures.
David received his Accounting Degree and Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma University. He is certified by the Oklahoma Bar, Texas Bar and also holds a CPA license in Oklahoma.
